Various celebrities buy office properties in Mumbai Andheri

Renowned Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has made a notable real estate investment, securing four office spaces encompassing an impressive 8,400 square feet within a commercial project situated in the Oshiwara locality of Mumbai's Andheri suburb. This substantial acquisition came at a price tag of nearly Rs 29 crore. Interestingly, Bachchan is not alone in this venture, as fellow actors Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan, along with her mother Amrita Singh, have also become property owners within the same tower. Notably, actors Ajay Devgan and Kajol had previously acquired offices in this very project.

Amitabh Bachchan's acquisition of these offices was facilitated through a transaction with real estate developer Veer Savarkar Projects, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.72 crore during the registration process conducted on September 1. Kartik Aryan, on the other hand, secured an office space covering nearly 2,100 square feet for a sum of Rs 10 crore. Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh jointly purchased a similarly sized office space for a total of Rs 9 crore, as indicated by documents sourced via Floorlap.com.
