Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has purchased two luxury apartments in Twenty by D'DECOR, a premium residential project in Juhu, Mumbai, for a total of Rs 869.2 million, according to a media release by Square Yards. The first apartment, located on the sixth floor, was purchased jointly with his mother, Karuna Dhawan, for Rs 424 million. The property boasts a carpet area of 429.06 square meters (approximately 4,617 square feet) and a built-up area of 471.96 square meters (approximately 5,069 square feet). The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 25.4 million and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The second apartment, located on the seventh floor, was acquired jointly with his wife, Natasha Dalal, for Rs 445.2 million.
