Varun Jaipuria, whole-time director at Varun Beverages has bought a sprawling 2.5-acre farmhouse at Delhi’s Westend Green for Rs 1.2 billion. The registry for the transaction took place on June 20, making it one of the biggest transactions in terms of value in Delhi. More people are looking at farmhouses amid the restrictions due to COVID-19. After being stuck at home during the lockdowns, wealthy businessmen and executives are looking for large homes.
