WAPCOS signs consultancy deal with Bhutan housing body

WAPCOS, an undertaking under the Indian Water Resources Ministry, has signed an agreement with Bhutan’s National Housing Development Corporation (NHDCL) to act as project implementation assistance consultant (PIAC) for the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded Green and Resilient Affordable Housing Sector Project (GRAHP) at Thimphu. The agreement was signed between Rinchen Wangdi, Chief Executive Officer, NHDCL and S M Thakurdesai, team leader, WAPCOS, in the presence of Karchung, project director, NHDCL and Amit Gawande, additional chief engineer, WAPCOS and other senior officials from both sides.
