ACS Technologies Limited (ACS) has signed an exclusive PAN India reseller agreement with Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions L.L.C S.P.C (Tahaluf), a United Arab Emirates based company specialising in artificial intelligence and Internet of Things solutions. The agreement, announced on March 30, 2026, authorises ACS to distribute and implement Tahaluf's full portfolio across government, defence, enterprise, and commercial segments. The partnership is intended to support deployment ready systems for large national and enterprise programmes.

The collaboration enables ACS to introduce internationally recognised AI innovation to India by leveraging Tahaluf's proven platforms for smart governance, border and perimeter security, and critical infrastructure protection. Tahaluf's offerings include smart city operating platforms with real time command and predictive analytics, computer vision and surveillance systems with intelligent video analytics and automated threat detection, and IoT enabled asset and fleet tracking for continuous monitoring and operational efficiency. The agreement also covers advanced data intelligence and analytics tools to support decision making in mission critical contexts.

Tahaluf's solutions are backed by internationally accepted certifications including ISO/IEC 20000-1 and GDPR aligned product certification, reflecting a focus on service excellence and data protection. ACS described the partnership as a strategic step to become a category defining enterprise in AI driven infrastructure, broadening its solution stack and enhancing competitive differentiation.
