ACS Technologies Signs MoU With XDLINX Space Labs

ACS Technologies Limited has executed a memorandum of understanding with XDLINX Space Labs Private Limited to explore collaborative space and defence solutions. The agreement, signed in Hyderabad in May 2026, establishes a non-binding framework to pursue integration of small satellite mission services with ground-based defence electronics. ACS Technologies is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and provides systems integration, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) and internet of things (IoT) solutions for government, defence and enterprise clients.

The partnership targets joint development of satellite?based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems that combine XDLINX’s small satellite platforms with ACS Technologies’ signal processing and defence electronics capabilities. It also seeks to apply AI/ML to create information as a service for defence and enterprise decision making. Collaboration will address ground control architectures, including command and control systems and satellite communications (SATCOM) terminals, and enable connected sensor?to?satellite applications through geospatial and internet of things (IoT) integration. The companies intend to pursue procurement opportunities under Indian and select international defence programmes where space and ground segments converge.

ACS Technologies expects the arrangement to strengthen its role in India’s expanding space economy and to align with national initiatives such as Aatmanirbhar Bharat and recent sector liberalisation. The deal is described as broadening the company’s solution stack and enabling end to end, indigenously developed sensor to insight offerings that span space and ground segments. The collaboration is presented as a means to offer integrated intelligence and analytics products derived from satellite data.

Both firms emphasise that modern defence advantage arises from interoperable networks rather than isolated platforms and that integrated ecosystems will improve responsiveness. XDLINX brings satellite systems and mission support expertise while ACS Technologies contributes AI, cybersecurity, telecom and systems integration capabilities. The memorandum frames a strategic pathway for combined development of next generation defence platforms that leverage space based intelligence and ground based systems.
