Advaiya Launches Change Log Archival App for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Advaiya has launched its Change Log Archival app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on the Microsoft Marketplace. The app enables organisations to securely archive large volumes of change log data outside the core ERP system while ensuring auditability, compliance, and traceability.

As organisations face growing change log records that increase database size and impact system performance, the Change Log Archival app addresses these challenges by archiving historical logs to Azure Blob Storage. This solution optimises storage, maintains data integrity, and ensures accessibility, allowing organisations to move long-term storage from ERP databases to cloud storage.

By offloading archived logs, the app improves ERP system performance while preserving the accuracy and immutability necessary for audits and compliance. It automates the archival process, validates data before deletion, and processes high volumes efficiently. Users can easily retrieve archived records through searchable dashboards with filters such as date, table name, user, or document key.

Kirti Sethiya, Associate Principal at Advaiya Solutions, stated, “Our Change Log Archival app offers a secure and scalable way to manage historical data, reducing the cost of storing large volumes within the Business Central database while optimising system performance and maintaining audit readiness.”

The app supports compliance by automating archival, validating data, and ensuring that organisations can maintain transparent, verifiable records. It reduces database load, improves efficiency, and simplifies audit preparation, all while keeping archived data easily accessible when needed.
