Autodesk Revamps India Store for Self-Serve Buying

Autodesk has transformed its India Store into a full self-serve procurement platform to make professional design and make technology more accessible to startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers and small and medium-sized businesses across the country.

The move supports Autodesk’s digital-first go-to-market approach, simplifying how customers discover, evaluate, purchase and manage its Design and Make solutions.

According to Autodesk, startups, freelancers and emerging businesses now account for more than 50 per cent of first-time customers on its digital Store in India. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities contribute more than 20 per cent of Autodesk’s online customers, reflecting growing digital adoption beyond metro markets.

Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President, Autodesk India and SAARC, said India’s creator community increasingly expects instant digital access to professional technology. She added that customer insights helped shape the Store into a more intuitive, inclusive and locally relevant platform.

The enhanced platform offers more than 60 Autodesk products with payment options including credit cards, net banking, UPI and debit cards. It also supports monthly subscriptions, with AutoCAD Web starting at Rs 1,062 per month.

Autodesk Flex, available exclusively on the India Store, enables teams to purchase usage tokens starting at Rs 29,300 for 100 tokens, valid for one year across multiple users and select Autodesk products.

The platform also allows customers to generate quotes, complete multi-product orders, renew subscriptions and manage GST compliance through a fully self-directed procurement process.
