Auto-technology platform CARS24 has acquired Team-BHP, a prominent independent automotive community in India. Team-BHP, nurtured by car and bike enthusiasts over the past two decades, has built a reputation for detailed ownership reviews, insights, and an unwavering zero-sponsored content policy. The transaction value has not been disclosed.

Despite the acquisition, Team-BHP will continue to operate independently, managed by its founding team with its strict moderation standards intact. CARS24’s involvement will primarily focus on strengthening Team-BHP’s product, technology, and artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance the reader and member experience.

The collaboration will introduce new features aimed at helping users make smarter automotive decisions, without altering the platform’s core principles of independence and transparency.

CARS24 stated that this move represents a long-term investment in enriching India’s automotive ecosystem with deeper trust, sharper conversations, and richer insights.
