Enlite, Superb Realty Partner for Intelligent Buildings

Enlite has entered into a strategic partnership with Superb Realty to deploy its integrated intelligence platform, Know Your Building®, at Superb Altura and an upcoming commercial development in Vikhroli. Spanning over 3 lakh sq ft, the project marks a step towards embedding real-time operational intelligence into commercial real estate.

Under the partnership, Superb Realty will integrate Enlite's proprietary solution to create a digital replica of the asset that unifies data, controls and operational intelligence across critical building systems. Built on Enlite's vertically integrated technology stack, the platform enables predictive fault detection, continuous optimisation and reduced dependence on manual interventions, allowing buildings to operate more autonomously.

The collaboration comes as occupiers and investors increasingly prioritise operational efficiency, sustainability and indoor environmental quality. Intelligent buildings are emerging as a critical requirement for premium commercial developments rather than a differentiating feature.
