The Indian REITs Association (IRA) and the Bharat InvITs Association (BIA) have announced today the inauguration of their new joint office premises (in New Cuffe Parade). The new office was officially inaugurated by Shri Pramod Rao, Executive Director of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).Solar Decathlon India (SDI) Finals 2025 was held from 23rd to 25th May 2025 at the Infosys campus in Mysuru. Over 2,100 students from 150+ institutions participated, proposing solutions for 34 real-world building projects and seven product innovations. At the finals, over 50 organisations offered internships and early career opportunities to the SDI finalists.Shri Manohar Lal, Hon'ble Minister of Power and Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, laid the foundation stone for a 1000-seater community auditorium in Siddharthnagar. The project is jointly funded by REC, PFC, and NTPC, with REC contributing Rs 70.19 billion under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The upcoming auditorium is set to serve as a modern venue for cultural events, educational activities, and community gatherings. Once completed, it is expected to significantly boost the region’s cultural infrastructure.
