AXISCADES Signs Agreement With France To Boost Space Awareness

AXISCADES Technologies Limited (AXISCADES) signed an agreement at the Embassy of France in New Delhi on 25 February 2026 in the presence of Eléonore Caroit, Minister Delegate to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The accord is intended to enhance India’s capability in space situational awareness. The signing formed part of the activities during the presidential delegation visit.

AXISCADES is a leading end-to-end technology, product and solutions provider headquartered in Bengaluru, with subsidiaries and offices in France, Germany, Denmark, the USA and Canada. The company has a diverse team of more than three thousand professionals working across 17 locations worldwide and seeks to reduce programme risk and time to market. Its comprehensive portfolio covers product development from concept evaluation to manufacturing support and certification.

AXISCADES maintains long term relationships with Defence Forces, the Ministry of Defence, defence laboratories and public sector undertakings as well as global original equipment manufacturers. It has domain experience in weapon systems, avionics, radar, electronic warfare, C4I2, drones, anti-drone systems, test solutions, ground support equipment and ground handling equipment. The agreement is expected to leverage this domain expertise to support capability development in space situational awareness.

The signing took place at the Embassy and was described by participants as reinforcing Franco–Indian cooperation in space and defence technologies. Company representatives and members of the French delegation attended the event and outlined plans for technical collaboration, research partnerships and capacity building. AXISCADES indicated it would work on joint initiatives to develop operational capabilities and systems relevant to monitoring and protecting space assets. The company also provided investor relations contacts for follow up.

Planned cooperation will focus on technical exchange, capability building, joint research and testing to enhance operational readiness and resilience of space systems. The company expects the partnership to accelerate development of sensors, analytics and command and control systems. AXISCADES will maintain communication channels with investors and stakeholders for updates.
