Beyond Developments Unveils Evermore Masterplan in Ras Al Khaimah

Beyond Developments has unveiled EVERMORE, its first fully masterplanned destination on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah, marking the opening chapter of its 2026 growth strategy and expansion beyond Dubai. The district is located opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island and is framed by the sea and Marjan's future botanical garden. The masterplan blends French classical elegance with contemporary architecture, integrated nature and lifestyle led placemaking to create a setting where architecture, hospitality and public spaces harmonise with water and greenery.

The scheme spans more than seven million (mn) square feet of gross floor area with a projected gross development value exceeding 25 billion (bn) AED and represents Beyond's first destination in Ras Al Khaimah. Founder and Executive Chairman Mahdi Amjad said that the emirate is witnessing a new phase of development underpinned by disciplined planning and long term vision and noted the leadership support that enabled the entry. He added that the masterplan brings together an exceptional coastal destination with world class design, hospitality and community led placemaking.

Anchored by 250,000 square metres of landscaped open spaces including a central botanical garden, EVERMORE is designed as a fully pedestrian masterplan. Shaded walkways and green connections link the botanical garden to three point five kilometres of accessible beachfront, reinforcing walkability, wellbeing and human centric living. The destination integrates residential, hospitality and retail components, including one mn square feet of hospitality and branded residential offerings alongside a festival and events plaza, botanical souks, an F and B village and a continuous beachfront promenade.

The design draws on French classical architecture, reimagining proportion, symmetry and spatial order through a contemporary lens with cascading buildings that maximise sea and landscape views. Landscaped greenery, shaded pathways and pedestrian bridges are intended to ensure comfort, privacy and seamless connectivity across the district. Marjan's Group Chief Executive Officer Abdulla Al Abdouli described EVERMORE as a significant milestone that strengthens Marjan Beach's evolution as a global lifestyle and investment destination and said the development will serve as a defining anchor for the beach.
