BEYOND Unveils The Yards in Dubai

BEYOND Developments recently unveiled The Yards, a master-planned destination in City of Arabia, Dubai, and launched Arancia Yards, its first residential cluster. The project marks the developer’s first inland masterplan and supports its expansion across key locations in the UAE.

The Yards spans 2.3 million sq ft of gross floor area and will include 1,560 residential units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments. The Mediterranean-inspired masterplan is centred around a one-kilometre green spine, with 70 per cent of the total area dedicated to open landscaped spaces.

Adil Taqi, CEO, BEYOND Developments, said the project represents an AED 4 billion commitment to a district where scale, connectivity and limited quality supply are creating a strong long-term investment case.

The location offers connectivity to major employment, entertainment and transport nodes, with Dubai International Airport accessible within 25 minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport within 38 minutes.

Arancia Yards will offer 272 residences across three low-rise buildings, with one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The cluster includes a 4,200 sq m landscaped sunken garden, 3,000 sq m of rooftop terraces and more than 2,000 sq m of retail and food and beverage space at ground level.

Ramzi Rahal, Chief Development Officer, BEYOND Developments, said Arancia introduces a low-rise, nature-led community focused on wellbeing, connectivity and everyday quality of life.

BEYOND’s portfolio includes waterfront developments on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Islands and Dubai Maritime City, along with projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The Yards adds a major inland Dubai destination to its development pipeline.
