The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted approval for the acquisition of Uprising Science Private Limited by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).

The remaining 9.5% shareholding will be acquired within two years from the completion date, as outlined in the Share Purchase & Subscription Agreement between HUL and the target company.
