V-Green, Telkom Property Partner to Expand EV Infrastructure in Indonesia

V-Green, a global developer of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Telkom Property, a key subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, the multinational digital telecommunications group. This partnership marks a major strategic milestone in advancing a fully integrated VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.
Under the MoU, V-Green will gain access to a wide range of parking lots and properties across Indonesia — including commercial buildings, vacant land and other strategic real estate managed by Telkom Property. These locations are intended to support V-Green’s business expansion, particularly the development of EV charging stations, parking facilities and other infrastructure required for green mobility, including electric taxi networks.
Telkom Property plays a central role in managing and developing Telkom Indonesia’s extensive nationwide real estate portfolio. With significant experience and a diverse asset base, it is a crucial enabler in delivering modern infrastructure solutions aligned with Indonesia’s evolving urban needs.
As part of the collaboration, Telkom Property will proactively review and recommend suitable properties, facilitate introductions to relevant owners or managers, and directly lease its managed assets to V-Green based on operational requirements and mutual agreement. This strategic cooperation lays a strong foundation for expanding Indonesia’s charging infrastructure and accelerating the nation’s transition to electric vehicles. Together, the companies aim to advance a sustainable, future-ready transport ecosystem.

Established by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, V-Green is a pioneering green infrastructure provider committed to developing a smart, convenient and fully integrated EV charging network. VinFast vehicle owners in the country currently enjoy free access to V-Green’s growing charging network.
In less than two years in the Indonesian market, VinFast has introduced a broad portfolio of models — including the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF e34 and VF 7 — along with competitive sales and after-sales offerings. The company has expanded its partnerships with dealer networks, service centres, banks and financial institutions to make EV ownership more accessible for Indonesian consumers.
Simultaneously, VinFast is preparing to begin operations at its Subang assembly plant, which is expected to generate thousands of skilled jobs and significantly contribute to the development of Indonesia’s electric vehicle industry.
