Onix Group has signed an MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government. According to the MOU, Onix intends to build a 1,000 MW solar energy project in Prayagraj and a 1,000 MW wind energy producing facility in Baghpat. Almost 1,500 people are anticipated to get employment as a result and will require a proposed investment of Rs.120 billion. The construction of these projects would support the state’s intention to invest in this industry while also enhancing Uttar Pradesh’s status as a leader in renewable energy.
