Total Environment Appoints Pavankumar Hansoge as Group COO

Total Environment has appointed Pavankumar Hansoge as Group Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 34 years of international experience in engineering, manufacturing and large-scale project delivery. He has led cross-functional teams across multiple geographies with a strong track record in transformation, operational excellence and technology-driven innovation across the consumer goods and automotive component sectors.
Pavan began his career at Bosch, building expertise in engineering and manufacturing, and later held senior engineering leadership positions at PepsiCo and Unilever, where he drove major initiatives in capital projects, automation and sustainability. Most recently, as Vice President – International Engineering at PepsiCo, he led the development and rollout of affordable, next-generation and sustainable technologies across international markets. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
Pavan’s appointment supports Total Environment’s objective of strengthening systems, deepening operational capability and scaling its design-led business. “We’re delighted to welcome Pavan. As Group COO, Pavan will lead the Product Organization, overseeing design, engineering, construction and manufacturing. He will focus on enhancing craft capabilities, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and driving execution excellence across the product and delivery ecosystem.
