Afcons Wins Global ‘Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise’ Award

Afcons Infrastructure has won the 2024 Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award at both the Global and India levels. The award ceremony took place in Bangkok on March 14, 2025.

“We are honoured to receive the MIKE Awards for 2024. Afcons is the only infrastructure company globally and in India to achieve this distinction. Our strong knowledge management practices, including an in-house repository and technical training, drive efficient project execution,” said Krishnamurthy Subramanian, Executive Vice Chairman, Afcons.

The company’s key initiatives, such as its online knowledge library, kick-off workshops, activity-based classrooms, and lessons-learned programs, play a vital role in optimising project execution.

The MIKE Awards are conferred by the International MIKE Study Group, which includes global experts in knowledge management and innovation.
