Subex Wins Major European Deal For Telecom Fraud Management

Subex Limited, a global leader in telecom AI solutions, has secured a major new client win with one of Europe’s largest integrated energy and telecommunications providers, which has chosen Subex as its partner for its telecom vertical suite.

The customer selected Subex for its extensive fraud management capabilities, business-outcome-led and ROI-driven roadmap, strong security and data-protection practices, and a future-ready architecture designed for greenfield scalability. The deal further strengthens Subex’s growing footprint in Europe and supports the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Under the five-year engagement, Subex will deliver a comprehensive fraud management programme that includes advanced domain-led consulting, training, managed services and long-term support, alongside its market-leading fraud detection and prevention platform.

Commenting on the win, Nisha Dutt, MD and CEO of Subex, said the company was delighted to welcome “one of Europe’s most forward-looking integrated energy and telecom players” to its customer base. She noted that as the operator expands its greenfield telecom operations, Subex will help build a robust and future-ready fraud defence from the outset.

By combining strong security and data-protection standards with deep fraud management expertise and a ROI-focused roadmap, the partnership aims to safeguard customers, revenues and brand value as the operator accelerates digital growth. Dutt added that the new logo reinforces Subex’s expanding presence in Europe and reflects the trust global operators place in its solutions.
