CPCL Ranks No.1 in NHAI DPR Ratings

"Chaitanya Projects Consultancy (CPCL) has secured the top position in National Highways Authority of India’s first-ever provisional DPR consultants rating, scoring 80.75 out of 100 and outperforming 55 peer firms.

CPCL ranked ahead of Pentacle Consultants (78), L&T Infrastructure Engineering (76), MSV International Technology (74) and Transys Consulting (72). The ranking, released in the fourth week of January 2026, marks NHAI’s first transparent evaluation framework aimed at enhancing DPR quality under Bharatmala and other national highway programmes.

The move aligns with the accountability-focused reforms championed by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

Strengthening Infrastructure Leadership

In 2025, CPCL assessed over 2,250 km of national highways for monetisation, with a total project value of Rs 350 billion. The firm has delivered more than 300 projects, including over 2,000 km of national highways, 600+ km of six-lane highways and 100 major bridges.

Headquartered in Noida, CPCL has also prepared DPRs for over 10,000 km of PMGSY roads and supervised segments of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway.

Financial and Growth Performance

The company reported revenue exceeding $10 million in FY 2024–25 and achieved a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 28.2 per cent, significantly above the industry average.

Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Founder and Managing Director, CPCL, stated that the ranking reflects over two decades of consistent effort in delivering technically sound, sustainable and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Founded in 2004, CPCL operates across highways, bridges, urban infrastructure, transportation, water management and environmental assessments, supported by a team of more than 1,000 professionals and a nationwide presence."
