K2 Infragen Bags Rs 142.14 Crore Road Contract in Gujarat

K2 Infragen has secured a significant road project in Gujarat, valued at Rs 142.14 crore, for the strengthening and maintenance of the Jetpur-Somnath section, excluding the Junagarh Bypass. The contract, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to SRM Contractors, will be executed by K2 Infragen under a performance-based maintenance contract (PBMC).

This contract marks a notable addition to K2 Infragen's growing portfolio, bringing its total order book to Rs 550 crore. The scheduled completion date for the project is set for September 2026, although the company anticipates completing a significant portion of the construction within this year.

In addition to expanding its road sector capabilities, K2 Infragen continues to diversify into the transmission & distribution (T&D) and railway sectors. The company boasts in-house expertise in design, procurement, and construction supervision, offering comprehensive EPC solutions across roads, railways, water supply, and civil construction. By integrating AI-driven solutions, K2 Infragen is further optimizing efficiency and solidifying its position as a leader in multi-sector infrastructure development.
