VE Commercial Vehicles sells 6715 units in June 2023

VE Commercial Vehicles, a Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture, has recorded sales of 6715 units in June 2023 as compared to 6307 units in June 2022 recording a growth of 6.5%. This includes 6527 units of Eicher brand and 188 units of Volvo brand.

Following are the key highlights for June 2023:

  • Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6527 units in June 2023 as compared to 6185 units in June 2022 representing a growth of 5.5%.
  • In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6277 units in June 2023 as compared to 5584 units in June 2022, representing a growth of 12.4%.
  • On the exports front, Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 250 units in June 2023 as compared to 601 units in June 2022, representing a decline of 58.4%. Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses have recorded sales of 188 units in June 2023 as compared to 122 units in June 2022, representing a growth of 54.1%.
