Bids are being sought for multi-state railway station construction

For the 'Amrit Bharat Scheme' under the purview of Lumding division, the Northeast Frontier Railway has issued an invitation for bids for the building of foot overbridges (FOB) and other ancillary works at numerous railway stations.

For the following locations: LKA, Lumding (LMG), Sarupathar (SZR), Narangi railway station (NNGE), Narangi railway station, Jagi Road (JID), Chaparmukh junction (CPK), Haibargaon railway station (HBN), Hijli railway station (HJI), and the construction of the 12.0 metre wide FOB.

The specifications comprise excavation, bridge super-structures, such as slabs, I-girders, T- girders, Box girders, etc. up to 5 metre above ground level, and other components. Bridge sub-structures include pier, abutment, retaining wall, and RCC box type foundations.
