13 Clusters Drive Warehousing Demand
India’s industrial and warehousing market is being led by 13 high-activity clusters, which are expected to command 70–80 per cent of demand and supply in the coming years, according to Colliers India.These clusters accounted for around 75 per cent of Grade A industrial and warehousing demand and new supply over the past five years.
