Pawan Kumar Sain reviews projects under smart city mission

Pawan Kumar Sain, the Urban Development (UD) Commissioner, conducted an inspection of various projects under the Pasighat Smart City Mission (SCM), Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC), and the UD department. Sain, accompanied by officers and the SP, Sumit Kumar Jha, visited project sites on a bicycle, emphasising eco-friendly development.

He expressed satisfaction with the project quality and pace and stressed the importance of reducing carbon footprint in asset creation. Additionally, Sain inspected the state's first automated multi-level smart car park facility at Bakin Pertin General Hospital.

During his two-day visit, the commissioner held a review meeting with local authorities and project management consultants. The meeting included discussions on project status, with several projects receiving focused attention due to their scale and budget allocation. CEO Dr. Manjuli Komut emphasised the commitment to completing all projects within the stipulated timeframe.
