ColdStar Expands Lenexis QSR Supply Chain Pact

ColdStar Logistics has strengthened its 10-year partnership with Lenexis Foodworks and is preparing to support the QSR operator’s planned expansion to more than 500 outlets across India over the next three years.
The company currently manages end-to-end multi-temperature supply chain operations for 262 outlets of Lenexis brands including Chinese Wok, Big Bowl and The Momo Co. Services include primary transport, warehousing and last-mile deliveries.
ColdStar handles frozen, chilled and ambient categories across more than 360 SKUs, enabling nearly 2,400 SKU-line orders daily with 99.85 per cent delivery accuracy while maintaining freshness and zero stock-outs.
Sameer Varma, Executive Director, ColdStar Logistics, said the company has continuously adapted its model over the years and is now ready to double capacity to serve the next phase of Lenexis expansion.
Its network supports metro as well as Tier I, II and III markets through bi-weekly, weekly and fortnightly replenishment cycles. The platform uses AI and machine learning for route optimisation, real-time temperature monitoring and predictive alerts.
