During the visit, he will oversee operations at the Jhanjra Underground Mine and Sonepur Bazari Open Cast Project (OCP), inaugurate new infrastructure, and engage with workers and local communities.

A key highlight of the visit is the inauguration of Sindoor Park at Jhanjra, an Eco Park named to commemorate the success of Operation Sindoor. The Minister is scheduled to hold interactive sessions with stakeholders across the coal mining value chain, including frontline workers who have contributed significantly to ECL’s operational milestones. Shri Reddy will also visit Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) sites to meet Project Affected Persons (PAPs) and recognise employees for their outstanding performance.

The visit highlights the Ministry's focus on sustainable mining practices, social responsibility, and workforce recognition, reinforcing the government's broader goal of inclusive development in mining regions.
