Advait Subsidiary Wins 200 MW Solar EPC Contract in Rajasthan

Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited (the Company), has been awarded a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contract for a 200 MW solar ground mounted HSAT 33 KV project at Bikaner in Rajasthan. The term megawatt (MW) is used to denote the project capacity and will be used with the MW abbreviation subsequently. The order was received from KPI Green Energy Limited and relates to a domestic project awarded in the normal course of business.

The scope of work covers design, supplies, services, testing and commissioning and the subsidiary will be responsible for end to end delivery of the system. The contract details specify turnkey EPC obligations and include the full set of engineering and procurement activities along with on site construction and commissioning responsibilities. The project will follow standard technical and safety protocols as required for ground mounted solar installations.

The order was placed on August 17, 2026 and the broad consideration for the contract is Rs 1.16 billion (bn) excluding taxes, equivalent to Rs 1,160 mn. The value has been converted from the original figure stated in crores to billion (bn) and million (mn) units for clarity. The Company has recorded the contract value in its filings and treated the transaction as a material order for its subsidiary given the size and technical scope.

The contract is scheduled for execution within 12 months and the award has been classified as a domestic order. The filing indicates that there is no related party interest in the entity that awarded the order and that the transaction will be conducted at arm's length where applicable. The subsidiary will mobilise resources and commence project activities in accordance with the agreed timeline.

The Company has intimated the stock exchanges as required under listing obligations and will monitor project progress through regular reporting channels. The award is expected to augment the subsidiary's operational workload and contribute to the Company’s EPC order book while complying with regulatory disclosure norms.
