ArMee Infotech has secured two letters of award worth Rs 7,409.7 million (mn), including GST, from Bondada Engineering for Balance of System packages for a 600 MW AC solar power project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan. The combined awards cover a total generation capacity of 600 MW AC and markedly expand the company's renewable energy order book. The contracts were described as amended engineering, procurement and construction balance of system packages for the project. The project has been divided into two blocks of 300 MW AC each. Block one carries a contract value of Rs 3,751.8 mn while Block three carries Rs 3,657.9 mn, both amounts inclusive of GST. The contracts encompass engineering, procurement, manufacturing and supply of plant equipment required for the solar installations. ArMee Infotech will undertake erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the BOS works together with the associated power evacuation infrastructure necessary to evacuate generated energy. The company will also provide three years of operation and maintenance and annual maintenance contracts for designated plant equipment in line with project specifications and quality standards. The scope reflects a full lifecycle engagement from construction through initial operational support. Management indicated that the awards strengthen execution capabilities for utility scale renewable projects and align with a strategy to diversify across EPC execution, power infrastructure and clean energy solutions. The LOAs were issued pending execution of definitive EPC BOS agreements between the parties and project timelines and commercial terms will be governed by the final agreements. The company remains focused on securing additional projects from government agencies, public sector organisations and enterprise customers while maintaining disciplined execution. The development is set against ArMee Infotech's ongoing capital markets plans, having received in-principle approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in February 2026 and is expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE. Project delivery is planned to be implemented on back-to-back basis once contracts are executed. The awards are likely to add substantial value to the firm's order book and its presence in India's renewable energy sector.
