KEC International Secures Rs 10,020 Mn in New Orders

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction major and the flagship company of the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs 10,020 million (mn). The orders were received in the normal course of business and span multiple verticals within the company. The announcement was issued on February 24, 2026 from the company headquarters in Mumbai.

The Transmission and Distribution business secured several significant contracts, including a composite order in India for 220/132 kV transmission lines, substations and extra high voltage cabling, an additional international order for a 400 kV transmission line and supply contracts for towers, hardware and poles in the Americas. These wins are expected to strengthen the company order book in the T and D segment and diversify the customer mix within India operations. The contracts encompass engineering, procurement and construction scopes.

The Cables and Conductors business secured orders for the supply of various types of cables and conductors in both domestic and overseas markets. Vimal Kejriwal, managing director and chief executive officer, said the new order wins had significantly strengthened the T and D order book and diversified the customer mix, and that the year to date order intake stood at around Rs 213,000 million (mn). The company indicated that all orders would be executed through existing project delivery capabilities.

KEC International operates across power transmission and distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil and gas pipelines and cables and conductors, with a footprint in over 110 countries that includes EPC work and supply of towers and cables. The company stated that the latest contracts align with its strategic focus on strengthening project portfolios across geographies while leveraging established execution platforms.
