It is free from chemical ensuring safety and sustainability and also ultra-light weight with a density of 260-280 kg/m3.

Rymbal is the only company in the world who recycles polyurethanes to promote the circularity of footwears in the polyurethane industry and makes 100 per cent biobased, polyols for footwear industry. The post-consumer waste of polyurethane and even process waste of the polyurethane can be recycled and used commercially.

Rymbal received “Waste to Wealth Award” at the PU Tech 2025 for chemical recycling of footwear waste to product polyurethane polyols. The award was received by Neeraj Garg, Director & Co-Founder and Dr Niranjan Karan, Technical Director.

The present innovation is an industrially adoptable unique and sustainable solution for polyurethane foam waste management, which is a raising concern to industries. This innovation is paving the way for sustainable practices in the use of polyurethane waste and contributing to a greener future by generating wealth from waste.
