Rymbal Unveils Fluid X 100% Recyclable Polyurethane

Rymbal, the polyurethane business vertical of the renowned Space World Group, by the name of Horizon Performance Products Private ltd have emerged as the pioneers polyurethanes in India, expecting a growth of 8-10% in the next 5-7 years.

Participating at the Polyurethane Tech Conference held at the India Expo Center, Greater Noida from April 9 to 11 2025, the PU Tech Conference 2025 boasts over 169 exhibitors and 30 + technical papers. The PU Tech 2025 promises to be a one of its kind polyurethane exhibition and conference and probably, the most noteworthy one in the category.

PU Tech 2025 will showcase polyurethane technologies and innovations across various industries like automotive seats and parts, furniture and mattress, footwear, insulation/technical foams, construction & refrigeration, packaging, paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.

Rymbal introduced FluidX, a polyurethane that is 100% recyclable via physical and chemical processes at the PU Tech 2025. It has a fully water blown system offering unique advantage of low carbon footprint and reduced environmental impact. It is free from chemical ensuring safety and sustainability and also ultra-light weight with a density of 260-280 kg/m3.

Rymbal is the only company in the world who recycles polyurethanes to promote the circularity of footwears in the polyurethane industry and makes 100 % biobased, polyols for footwear industry. The post-consumer waste of polyurethane and even process waste of the polyurethane can be recycled and used commercially.

Rymbal received “Waste to Wealth Award” at the PU Tech 2025 for chemical recycling of footwear waste to product polyurethane polyols. The award was received by Neeraj Garg, Director & Co-Founder and Dr Niranjan Karan, Technical Director.

The present innovation is an industrially adoptable unique and sustainable solution for polyurethane foam waste management, which is a raising concern to industries.
