Sinoboom Launches All-Electric Oil-Free Crawler Scissor Lift

Sinoboom has launched the 0407ET, an all-electric and oil-free crawler mini-scissor lift designed for use across a wide range of indoor and outdoor working environments. The new model replaces traditional hydraulic systems with an electric lift actuator and a low-maintenance AC drive motor, eliminating the need for hydraulic oil and reducing environmental and maintenance concerns.

The oil-free design makes the 0407ET suitable for emission-sensitive applications where oil leaks could pose operational challenges. Maintenance has been simplified through an easy-access layout, featuring a pull-out battery tray with an AGM maintenance-free battery and an open chassis design for quick access to components.

The crawler scissor lift is equipped with non-marking rubber tracks, enabling operation on sensitive surfaces while maintaining mobility over uneven terrain. It offers 30 per cent gradeability, a zero turning radius for confined spaces, and a 230 kg load capacity to support tools and materials. Transport and handling are facilitated through a single lifting point and integrated forklift pockets.

The model is CE-certified, supporting safety, quality and long-term operational reliability. Commenting on the launch, Peter Peng, Global Product Manager for Scissor Lifts at Sinoboom, said the 0407ET was developed to meet growing demand for adaptable and agile access equipment that performs efficiently in sensitive indoor environments while remaining capable in more challenging outdoor conditions.

"Join industry leaders at RAHSTA Expo, India's premier platform for roads, highways and traffic infrastructure. Register now to explore innovations, network with experts and shape the future of mobility."
