The designer has introduced an earthy terracotta shade called Clay Terra Matt for ceramic objects and the collection also offers White and White Satin Matt as alternatives. The countertop basins pair round and oval forms on a square plinth to create a sculptural focal point that extends beyond function. All ceramic items are supplied with the hygienic, easy to clean DuraShield protective glaze as standard.
An integrated rear panel on the console establishes a distinct spatial dimension and is overlaid by the drawer front with an open shelf beneath. Powder shades such as Ivory and Sand Beige define a soft, natural palette and the handle free aesthetic reinforces the clear design concept. The washing area with its two countertop basins provides ample storage with four large drawers and suits an organised bathroom. Patricia Urquiola has designed faucets to match the minimalistic lines of the ceramics and the elliptical handle transitions into the faucet body for a gentle operation. The final batch of two 3,300 horsepower (hp) locomotives manufactured by Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) has reached Mozambique, marking completion of an export consignment.
