Greater Noida authority launches group housing scheme

The Greater Noida authority has launched a scheme of group housing projects on 11 plots. With their allotment, the authority is likely to get nearly Rs 950 crore on the basis of reserve price.

The allotment is being done through e-auction. It is estimated that 10,000 flats will be built on these plots, an official said. A total of 2.41 lakh sqm of land will be allotted through the scheme.

The plots are in Omicron 1A, Zeta 1, Eta 2, Sigma 3, Sector 36, Mu, Sector 10 and Sector 12 and range from 10,120 sqm to 39,321 sqm in area.

Brochures are available on the Greater Noida authority website. The last date for registration is December 25. Registration fee, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and processing fee can be deposited till December 25. The last date for submitting the documents is December 27. As soon as allotment is done, the plots will be made available to developers.
