The design of these spaces takes a deep contextual approach and focuses on tactile and sensory qualities.

Royally elegant living room

Designed on a muted palette of white, beige, grey and some gold, this living room has walls of marble effect wallpaper that seamlessly blend with the floor. Following the theme of the room are two large couches on either side of the room in a single colour decorated with throws that add a subtle hint of colour and a rustic charm to the room.

The ceiling is adorned by a large chandelier that is one of the defining design elements of the room. Vintage style lamps and drapes add a vibe to the space. The coffee table is a designer piece with a stone top finish placed on a beige carpet that blends with the theme of the room.

Modern charming living room

Crafted in a muted palette, the look of this room is elevated by textured wallpapers on the accent wall and ceiling. A pair of modern style light fixture are mounted from the ceiling that add a modern charm to the space.

On the backdrop of a tiled wall, is a beige couch that covers the entire length of the room. Modern décor elements placed over the coffee tables act as centerpieces for the for the space.

The carpet cover the almost the whole flooring and adds a pop of colour to the room.

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation has awarded the first construction-related consultancy contract for the Lucknow Metro East West Corridor to a joint venture of AYESA Ingenieria Arquitectura SAU and AYESA India Pvt Ltd. The firm was declared the lowest bidder for the Detailed Design Consultant contract for Lucknow Metro Line-2 under Phase 1B and the contract was recommended following the financial bid. Interarch Reports Strong Q3 And Nine Month Results

Interarch Building Solutions Limited reported unaudited results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, recording strong revenue growth driven by execution and a robust order book.
