Lemon Tree Signs New Hotel In Bhubaneswar

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has signed a licence agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, which will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTHL. The signing marks the group’s third property in Bhubaneswar and follows the recent opening of its second operational hotel in the city. The move is presented as a reinforcement of the company’s long-term commitment to Bhubaneswar and reflects confidence in Odisha’s hospitality potential.

The upcoming property will feature 50 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre, offering a contemporary hospitality experience. The hotel is strategically located within the city to serve year-round and diversified travel demand, including business, leisure and cultural visitors. The company positioned the signing as aligned with its focus on expanding across high-opportunity urban markets.

Bhubaneswar is described as an evolving urban centre with sustained growth across administration, healthcare, education, infrastructure and business sectors, while also serving as a cultural and spiritual destination. Expanding connectivity and diversified travel demand are said to drive opportunities for organised branded hospitality across segments.
