SOBHA posts record quarterly sales of Rs 36.6 billion

SOBHA reported its highest-ever quarterly sales performance in Q1 FY27, with real estate sales rising 76 per cent year-on-year to Rs 36.56 billion, supported by strong demand for premium housing and new project launches.

The company sold 2.34 million sq ft during the quarter, a 62 per cent increase over the corresponding period last year. Average price realisation stood at Rs 15,655 per sq ft.

Revenue for the quarter increased 48 per cent year-on-year to Rs 13.30 billion, while profit after tax rose 274 per cent to Rs 510 million. Customer collections grew 8 per cent to Rs 19.24 billion. SOBHA reported a net cash position, with net debt at negative Rs 6.59 billion and a net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.14.

During the quarter, the developer launched 6.89 million sq ft of saleable area across three projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram.

Jagadish Nangineni, Managing Director, SOBHA Limited, attributed the record sales to strong customer demand and successful project launches. He said the company remains focused on operational excellence and disciplined growth, supported by a robust project pipeline.
