RapidShyp Launches Ayumi to Bring Predictive Precision to eCommerce Logistics

RapidShyp has unveiled Ayumi, an AI-powered logistics intelligence engine designed to enhance predictability and decision-making across India’s eCommerce supply chain. Positioned as a unified intelligence layer, Ayumi delivers up to 99 per cent accuracy in delivery forecasting by analysing large volumes of shipment data, buyer behaviour, and real-time logistics signals.

At the core of the platform is Ayumi Predict, a module that identifies high-risk orders before dispatch by evaluating factors such as payment behaviour, address quality, delivery history and regional performance. This allows sellers to take corrective action early, helping reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates by up to 40 per cent while optimising costs and operational efficiency.

Ayumi also introduces Ayumi Promise, which generates highly accurate estimated delivery dates by analysing courier performance, network congestion and seasonal trends. Another key feature, Ayumi Select, recommends the most suitable courier partner for each shipment based on real-time performance data and delivery success probability.

Speaking on the launch, Ravi Goel, CEO, RapidShyp, said the platform aims to replace reactive logistics management with data-led precision, enabling sellers to improve reliability and scale efficiently. Integrated within RapidShyp’s zero-platform-fee model, Ayumi further strengthens the company’s position in India’s evolving logistics technology landscape.
