RapidShyp Launches Ayumi for Predictive eCommerce Logistics

RapidShyp has recently announced the launch of Ayumi, an AI-powered delivery intelligence engine designed to bring greater predictability and clarity to Indian eCommerce logistics. Positioned as a unified intelligence layer, Ayumi enables sellers to plan smarter fulfilment strategies by offering up to 99 per cent accuracy in delivery predictions.

At the core of the platform is Ayumi Predict, a high-accuracy module focused on identifying and preventing returns-to-origin (RTO). Built on RapidShyp’s extensive shipment data and courier signals, the system analyses buyer behaviour, payment patterns, address quality, location reliability and regional fulfilment trends to assess return probability before dispatch. By flagging high-risk orders early, sellers can take corrective actions such as address verification or payment nudges, helping reduce RTO losses by up to 40 per cent while saving operational costs.

Ayumi also includes Ayumi Promise, which delivers hyper-accurate estimated delivery dates by analysing courier performance, network load, seasonal trends and historical data. This dynamic approach reduces buyer uncertainty, lowers order-tracking queries and supports higher conversion and repeat purchase rates.

Further strengthening fulfilment is Ayumi Select, an intelligent courier allocation engine that recommends the most suitable carrier for each shipment based on lane-level performance, pin code reliability and real-time network conditions. Each recommendation is supported by a delivery success probability score to improve first-attempt delivery rates.

Completing the suite is Ayumi Sense, a conversational logistics co-pilot available via chat and voice, enabling sellers to access shipment insights, process orders and resolve queries instantly. Ayumi is offered under RapidShyp’s zero-platform-fee model, reinforcing the company’s focus on accessible, AI-led logistics innovation.
