Rodic Launches Advisory Arm for Data-Driven Governance Reform

Rodic Consultants has announced the launch of Rodic Advisory & Technology, a strategic new vertical aimed at strengthening data-led governance, institutional reform, and infrastructure strategy. The move marks a key milestone in the company’s evolution from engineering consultancy to governance enabler.

Positioned as a dedicated public sector think tank, the vertical will partner with government bodies, multilateral institutions, and public agencies to deliver advisory services rooted in real-time operational data, engineering intelligence, and implementation expertise.

Service offerings span four core areas:

Data-driven advisory: Transforming operational data into decision-making tools

Transaction advisory: Covering asset valuation, PPP structuring, bid management

Policy & strategy advisory: Focused on institutional reform and sectoral planning

Technical implementation: Project monitoring, quality audits, and PMU/PMC support

Raj Kumar, Chairman & MD, said: “Rodic Advisory & Technology is a bold step in our journey from building infrastructure to influencing how infrastructure is governed… We are turning digital insights into direction.”

Examples include Rodic’s platform under Bihar’s Bhavya Health Project, which led to a model roster policy, and its road asset monitoring system that tracks over 13,000 km, enabling a new contractor tiering framework based on DLP performance.

Backed by 25 years of project delivery across 170+ infrastructure initiatives, Rodic’s new vertical will focus on urban development, digital health, sanitation, and governance reforms.
