BLive Launches PRIME for EV Cargo Fleets

BLive has launched BLive PRIME, a four-wheeler franchise model aimed at accelerating the adoption of electric mini-trucks in India’s last-mile logistics sector. The model is designed to support fleet ownership for investors while addressing rising demand for reliable, high-utilisation and cost-efficient cargo solutions.

The company plans to deploy 500 electric cargo vehicles in the current financial year, beginning with Bengaluru and later expanding to Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. The move comes as India’s last-mile delivery market grows on the back of e-commerce and quick commerce, with the segment projected to expand at a CAGR of 15 to 20 per cent.

BLive PRIME follows a 100 per cent franchisee-owned, company-operated model. Investors can enter with an investment starting at Rs 50 lakh and own electric mini-truck fleets, while BLive manages deployment, utilisation and maintenance. The fleet ecosystem will use commercial EVs such as the Tata Ace EV for urban delivery operations.

The platform already supports deployments across logistics and delivery companies, including Hyperpure, Porter and Delhivery. Through the new model, BLive aims to connect capital with growing logistics demand while enabling structured participation in India’s EV growth story.

BLive said the initiative will help scale EV fleet expansion, support electrification of high-frequency delivery operations and create asset-backed opportunities in the commercial EV ecosystem. The company operates across fleet solutions, franchise models, charging solutions and technology-led EV operations.
