BPTP Appoints Shalini Jha as SVP – Marketing

BPTP has appointed Shalini Jha as Senior Vice President – Marketing, strengthening its leadership as it expands across NCR. She will lead brand strategy, communications, and customer engagement across the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.
Jha brings over 22 years of experience spanning real estate, retail, hospitality, banking and finance, and public relations. Her expertise lies in building brands and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, partnerships, and experiential platforms. She has also engaged with industry bodies including CREDAI, ASSOCHAM, CII, NASSCOM, and FICCI.
Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President – Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where she led portfolio positioning, campaign strategy, and execution.
Commenting on the appointment, Vishal Singh, Chief Human Resource Officer, BPTP, said, “We welcome Shalini Jha to BPTP. Her deep understanding of consumer-facing sectors, combined with her experience in real estate marketing, makes her exceptionally well-placed to drive our brand and marketing agenda. Vestian reports 36% drop in construction activity in Q1
