Faalcon Secures Rs. 1,019.26 million Façade Contract in Noida

Faalcon Concepts Limited has informed the stock exchange that it has received a new work order from Splendor Information Technology Private Limited for the commercial building Splendor ONYX in Sector 142, Noida. The engagement covers design, fabrication, built and installation of aluminium glazing façade work for the project. The company stated that the contract value is Rs. 1,019.26 million (Rs. 1,019.26 mn), equivalent to the notified Rs. 101,92,58,750.

Under the terms, billing will be processed monthly and will be linked to material delivery and performance milestones. The work is scheduled to be carried out over three years and covers end to end façade activities from design engineering to on site installation. The order was awarded to a domestic entity and the company has indicated that there is no interest of promoters or promoter group companies in the awardee.

The company conveyed the details in an intimation under the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements of the securities regulator, noting the project location and contractual terms. Annexure provided with the submission set out particulars including the name of the ordering party, the nature of the work and the consideration. The contract value contributes to the firm’s order book for commercial façade projects and will be executed in line with the agreed schedule and payment terms.

The intimation, dated six July 2026, was submitted to the BSE and referenced the company scrip code 544164 and corporate identity details. It was signed on behalf of the company by Ekta Seth in her capacity as managing director. The filing requested the exchange to take the submission on record and set out the material contractual terms. The company indicated that the assignment will add to its ongoing commercial façade operations and be delivered under the stated contractual framework.
