Himadri Wins EcoVadis Platinum For Second Year

Himadri Specialty Chemical Ltd has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for 2026, marking its second consecutive year receiving the highest level of recognition in the globally respected sustainability assessment.

The Platinum rating places Himadri among the top 1 per cent of more than 150,000 companies assessed worldwide by EcoVadis, reaffirming the company’s consistent leadership in responsible business practices and sustainable value creation. The evaluation measures performance across 21 criteria under four core pillars: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. The assessment is benchmarked against internationally recognised frameworks including the UN Global Compact, ILO conventions, GRI and TCFD.

Securing back-to-back Platinum recognition highlights Himadri’s deeply embedded sustainability approach, supported by strong governance structures, climate-conscious operations, ethical business conduct and responsible supply chain management.
