Mini Diamonds Secures Rs 142.5 Mn Order

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited (MDIL) has received a significant domestic order worth Rs 142.5 million (mn) from a Mumbai based existing client on 14 August 2026 for the supply of cut and polished lab-grown diamonds. The company, listed on BSE with company code 523373, characterised the order as a repeat purchase that reflects sustained demand in the domestic market. The disclosure was made under SEBI listing regulations and included standard annexures detailing terms.

The repeat order was presented by MDIL as evidence of strengthened customer relationships and growing acceptance of lab-grown diamonds across the jewellery and diamond ecosystem. The company noted that accessible price points are enabling jewellers and end consumers to consider larger stones, contemporary settings and a wider variety of designs. Management indicated that these consumption patterns can support a deeper and more diversified market over time.

MDIL described its Mumbai manufacturing facility as a sophisticated hub equipped with modern equipment including Sarin Technology, Auto Bruiting Machines, Semi-Automatic Polishing Mills and Sawing Machines. The company stated that seasoned experts and dedicated staff supervise all stages of cutting and polishing to maintain precision and quality. The plant also serves as a jewellery manufacturing centre where artisans leverage the same production strengths to deliver finished pieces. MDIL asserted its focus on cost effective production and quality control supports both B2B and B2C distribution.

The order is to be fulfilled within four months from the date of order and payment is to be made on or before 180 days from the date of order completion, the company disclosed. Saharsh Exports was identified as the domestic entity awarding the contract. MDIL said the repeat sale underlines its emphasis on dependable execution and close alignment with client requirements and the company intends to convert the opportunity into sustainable growth. The management reiterated confidence in the expanding domestic presence as a platform for further scaling the lab-grown diamond business.
