Mistral Bags Rs 1.5 Billion Su-30MKI Upgrade Contract

AXISCADES Technologies Limited (BSE: 532395 | NSE: AXISCADES), a leading player in Defence, Electronics, Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence (ESAI) solutions, announced a significant order win through its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions. The company has secured a development contract from the Combat Aircraft System Development and Integration Centre (CASDIC) to supply Electronic Control Units (ECUs) for the Indian Air Force’s Su-30MKI “Super-30” modernisation programme.
Under the initial phase, Mistral will develop 10 prototype ECUs for the cooling system upgrade of the Su-30MKI fighter jets. Upon successful completion, this will be followed by a projected production order for approximately 600 units over a five-year period, with an estimated value of Rs 1.5 billion.
C. Manikandan, CEO of Mistral Solutions, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “We are proud and excited to be part of one of the DRDO’s and IAF’s most critical modernisation programmes. This order highlights AXISCADES’ capability to design and deliver advanced indigenous technologies that align with evolving combat needs.”
This milestone solidifies AXISCADES’ growing influence in the aerospace and defence sector, further supporting India’s ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision. The deal also positions the company to play a pivotal role in future aircraft upgrade programmes and global defence technology initiatives.
