Jenika’s cricket-themed JPL returns for Season 4

Jenika Ventures has kicked off Season 4 of the Jenika Premier League (JPL), its annual cricket-themed employee engagement initiative aimed at driving sales and energising teams. Launched in 2021, JPL blends sport and strategy, turning business tasks into a game where employees earn “runs” for actions like client calls, meetings and deal closures.

Six teams—Royal Blasters, Strikers, Spartans, Singham, Vintage Bulls and Conquerors—compete across seven weeks. Top performers earn weekly titles like Best Bowler and Man of the Match, with the winning team receiving a grand prize trip. Awards such as Man of the Series celebrate consistent performance.

“JPL is more than a performance tool—it’s a celebration of teamwork and potential,” said Abhishek Raj, Founder & CEO, Jenika Ventures. The initiative fosters camaraderie, leadership and a high-performance culture during the summer slump, aligning individual goals with business growth.

JPL has become a defining part of Jenika’s work culture, blending ambition with recognition and turning employee engagement into an enduring tradition.
