Satish Sharma Reviews and Opens Key Road Works in Khour

Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Information Technology, Transport, Youth Services & Sports, ARI and Trainings, Satish Sharma recently visited several project sites in Khour to review the progress of ongoing development works. He inaugurated the 2 km Datyal–Gujrail road and directed engineers to maintain strict quality standards and meet the stipulated timelines to strengthen rural connectivity.
Sharma inspected link road works at Tibbi Mohalla and the Sita Ram Temple stretch in Panchayat Mattoo, assessing foundation and drainage construction and asking agencies to clear bottlenecks immediately. He also inaugurated the macadamisation of the Badhan–Gair link road and associated stretches in Panchayat Manchak, urging teams to speed up execution.
The Minister reviewed projects under the Youth Services and Sports Department, including a new volleyball court at Govt High School Datyal. Interacting with residents, he reiterated the Government’s focus on transparent, timely and quality-driven development and warned that delays or lapses in execution would attract accountability.
